Classes

-Exhibition- Non pro qualifying. Everyone is a winner and just a great experience on stage.

 

-Teen- Ages 13-17 with parent/guardian consent. 

 

-Novice- Amateur class where competitors cannot have a Pro status in the category. Winners placing in the top 5 will earn a medal. This is a great option for beginners. 

 

-Masters- Ages 40 and over 

-Grand Masters- Ages 50 and over 

 

-Open- Amateur class where competitors cannot have a Pro status in the category. First place will earn a Professional status and all winners in the top 5 will earn a medal. First place winner will need to earn a minimum point requirement of 180 to earn a Professional status. This is a great option for the more competitive athlete aiming to achieve a pro status. 

 

-Professional- For competitors who have previously earned a Pro status in an Open class of the same category.

IDEAL BODY

Lean, muscular physique. Division is more muscularity than bikini 

 

Figure athletes should display

An overall balance of muscular development which includes rounded delts, sweep to the quads, back depth, and width – emphasis is on balance and symmetry

Small amount of muscle separation

 “V” taper

Tight glutes

Separation between the hamstring and glute area

Balance between the upper and lower body
